Already selling linen sublimation blanks? Great. But does your best-selling fabric need to be the answer to every order?
Think about the jobs you quote: a signature home décor piece, an everyday personalized gift, a seasonal promotion, or a cost-conscious custom order.
They may all need the linen look. But they don't necessarily need the same fabric construction.
That's why LOPO developed Linen-Eco—another material option for familiar linen-look products, without replacing the Original Linen collection.
Both collections use polyester-rich fabrics suitable for sublimation. The difference starts with their composition and construction.
| Standard Linen | Linen-Eco | |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric Composition | 95% polyester, 5% cotton | 100% polyester |
| Fabric Character | Heavier, more substantial construction | Lighter construction |
| Product Positioning | Signature Linen Collection | Everyday Linen Collection |
| Best Fit | Orders where fabric feel and texture are part of the value | Design-led, promotional and cost-conscious orders that don't require heavier fabric |
Some customers care about more than the printed design.
They want a decorative pillow cover with a substantial feel, a particular woven texture, or a finished product where the fabric itself is part of the appeal.
That's where Original Linen makes sense.
Its approximately 95% polyester and 5% cotton composition provides a polyester-rich surface for sublimation, while its heavier construction gives sellers a distinctive textile option.
Other orders have a different priority.
The customer wants a personalized design, an attractive linen-look finish, and a product that fits their project requirements—but doesn't necessarily need the heavier construction.
Linen-Eco uses 100% polyester, a material composition particularly well suited to dye-sublimation printing.
Polyester is important because sublimation dyes are designed to bond with polyester fibers under heat. Actual color, detail and finish still depend on the fabric and transfer conditions.
For everyday personalization, seasonal product lines and custom projects, Linen-Eco gives sellers another specification to evaluate.
Say your shop sells personalized pillow covers.
One customer wants a signature décor piece with a substantial fabric feel. Original Linen is a natural starting point.
Another wants custom photo pillows for a promotional program. The printed design matters, but the heavier fabric isn't part of the brief.
That's a good time to evaluate Linen-Eco.
Same product category. Two material options. You can build your lineup around the jobs your customers actually bring you.
For wholesale distributors, the approach is similar: keep your established Linen assortment and introduce Linen-Eco as another option for print shops and resellers.
Same product category. Two material options.
For sublimation blanks wholesalers, that could mean carrying a Signature Linen range alongside an Everyday Linen-Eco range.
For printing shops and POD sellers, it means evaluating the blank against the actual order instead of using the same material specification for every job.
The initial Linen-Eco range includes four familiar sublimation blank styles.
These are the starting products—not the limit of what the material could become.
Need another size, shape or textile blank? LOPO can review custom development requests based on your product specifications and production requirements.
Both collections offer polyester-rich printable surfaces, but different fabric constructions should be tested individually.
Before adding Linen-Eco to your product lineup, check three things:
Print result: Color, fine details and overall appearance.
Product finish: Fabric feel, seams, dimensions and construction.
Production fit: Transfer settings, consistency and suitability for your workflow.
Don't automatically reuse pressing settings from Original Linen. Test the specific Linen-Eco blank using its approved transfer conditions.
A real printed sample tells you more than a product mockup.
Both Original Linen and Linen-Eco are manufactured in-house by LOPO.
That means you can discuss fabric options, construction, product sizes and custom requirements directly with the team.
LOPO also supports low-MOQ options, fast sampling and shipping coordination, with terms confirmed for each project.
