MDF: A Trusted Material in Sublimation for Over 30 Years
MDF has been in the sublimation industry for more than 30 years, with production in China officially started in 2011. With over 14 years of experience, LOPO is one of the few manufacturers producing this material for sublimation. While the density of MDF in China differs from that of US-made products (such as Unisub), we focus on producing smaller format blanks, including coasters, ornaments, keychains, and thicker blanks for photo panels, typically exceeding 9mm in thickness.
Our MDF products are made with careful attention to detail. Unlike many others, we do not use a protective film; instead, we remove the protective layer during production in our factory. This not only provides added convenience for our customers but also allows us to conduct a thorough 100% quality control check. As a result, we can confidently guarantee that the defective rate is less than 1%.
